Hargit Singh, the father of Gurucharan Singh, an actor from “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” has expressed his concern regarding his missing son. In an interview with Times of India, Hargit mentioned that the family is anxiously awaiting Gurucharan’s return as he has been missing for the past two weeks. Additionally, there are suggestions that Gurucharan may have intentionally disappeared, relocating from Delhi.

Hargit expressed his shock at the situation, stating that the family is deeply troubled and eagerly awaiting any updates from the police. They are hoping for Gurucharan’s safe return.
The day before Gurucharan disappeared, he posted a photo on Instagram with his father, celebrating his father’s birthday.
Reflecting on that moment, Hargit mentioned that although there were no formal celebrations, they spent quality time together at home, which was enjoyable. He noted that Gurucharan was scheduled to travel to Mumbai the following day.

Bhakti Soni, a friend of Gurucharan who was expected to pick him up at the Mumbai airport, described the day he vanished. She recounted waiting for him at the airport, attempting to reach him by phone when he didn’t appear, but without success. She expressed her hope that the police would uncover some leads in the case.

Recently, Delhi police sources reported to News 18, stating, “He abandoned his phone in the Palam area. Our efforts to locate it have been in vain, complicating our search for Gurucharan Singh, as it indicates the actor is without his phone. CCTV footage reveals him transferring between e-rickshaws, suggesting premeditated actions and his departure from Delhi.”
Gurucharan, who was reportedly visiting his parents in Delhi, was due to return to Mumbai but has been unaccounted for since April 22. His family filed a complaint, prompting action from Rohit Meena, DCP South West Delhi, who informed ANI last week, “We’ve initiated a case under Section 365 of the IPC. A dedicated team is investigating, alongside our technical unit analyzing CCTV footage, which captures Gurucharan walking alone”
