IBPS Clerk Prelims 2020 Candidates: The IBPS Clerk Preliminary Exam 2020 has started today, i.e. from 5 December. The first shift of today’s exam is over, and the candidates who have participated have shared their responses regarding difficulty level and types of questions asked. Most of the candidates have given the questions in the first shift exam as easy to moderate. On average candidates have solved around 65 to 75 questions in the IBPS Clerk Preliminary Examination.

In IBPS Clerk Preliminary Exam 2020, a total of 100 multiple choice questions were asked from three sections- English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. For each question. The mark was fixed and 0.25 marks to be deducted for each wrong answer. A total of 30 questions were asked from the English language section. In the first shift examination, most of the candidates said that they had attached 20 to 25 questions in the English language. The candidates described it as easy to moderate. At the same time, the questions of Reasoning Ability have also been described by the candidates as Easy to Moderate. Many candidates said that they had solved 19 to 24 questions in this section. In addition, the questions from Quantitative Aptitude section were somewhat difficult as compared to the other two sections. The candidates have asked the questions of this section to be moderate.

It is worth mentioning that as part of the selection process for the recruitment of 2,557 clerical cadre posts in public sector banks across the country, the first phase of IBPS Clerk Online Preliminary Examination 2020 is being conducted at scheduled examination centres in different cities from today. The IBPS Clerk Preliminary Examination 2020 is scheduled to be held on 5 December, 12 December and 13 December 2020. The examination is being conducted in a total of four shifts.
