In your 20s your body will have the perfect condition for you to get pregnant. This does not mean that younger women will not face any fertility issues. Women in their 20s will have good egg qualities but no one is immune to infertility. All infertility issues like tubal blockage issues, PCOD or PCOS, cysts and fibroids may still be present.
