Google’s CEO, Sundar Pichai, highlighted India’s future in the global AI landscape, praising the country’s strong engineering talent. He believes that India has the capability to lead in AI innovation by leveraging its pool of skilled developers and engineers.
He emphasized the importance of a deep understanding of technology for young Indians aspiring to work in top tech companies like Google, drawing inspiration from a scene in the Bollywood movie ‘3 Idiots.
Pichai referred to a scene from ‘3 Idiots’ to stress the importance of deep understanding for real success. He also noted the industry in India that aids youth in preparing for FAANG interviews.
“I don’t know if you’re aware, but there’s a whole sector in India dedicated to assisting young Indians in acing the FAANG interviews,” he mentioned.
He also shared his love for Indian cuisine and thoughts on Artificial Intelligence during a podcast with YouTuber Varun Mayya. Pichai expressed his fondness for dosa in Bangalore, chole bhature in Delhi, and pav bhaji in Mumbai.
