The results were fascinating, as experts and amateurs shared videos and their fitness mantras to stay in shape, and free of stress.

Triceps workout, anyone?: TikTok user @leanbeast, too, shares several #EduTok videos about fitness, but the one that has garnered a lot of likes is one where he shows the correct technique to get your triceps in good shape.

The perfect lateral-arm pulldown: TikTok user Shivli Rajput, who has the handle @gymlovers, shares an informative video on the perfect way of strengthening your back muscles. Rajput, who looks like he lives in the gym, has other videos that he shares on his TikTok profile

Get fit with yoga: Urmi Pandya, an international yoga instructor, based out of Ahmedabad, has a popular TikTok channel called @yogaurmi where she shares tips on how to do the yoga-aasan the right way. Her videos are inspiring, and can be viewed here.
