Technology and commerce platform Zilingo’s founder Ankiti Bose has filed an FIR against the company’s co-founder Dhruv Kapoor and ex-Chief Operating Officer (COO) Aadi Vaidya, accusing them of cheating, criminal intimidation, conspiracy, and harassment.

Ankiti Bose filed a six-page complaint, Bose said Dhruv Kapoor and Aadi Vaidya were “sneaky and shady”

What Ankiti Bose said in her complaint?

As the COO, Aadi Vaidya engaged in misconduct by falsely attributing loss-making deals to me and extending trade credit to various parties in my name. He then used those deals to threaten me by falsely implicating me to investors, despite the fact that he conducted all operational dealings in my previous company. I have been threatened, deceived, and had errors attributed to me in order for Vaidya to fraudulently acquire my shares, which are valued at multiple crores. she said as per the TOI report.

Kapoor and Vaidya’s Statements

Kapoor responded to the accusations by stating that Ankiti Bose’s own actions are being investigated, leading to her termination from the company.

Ankiti Bose’s accusations against me hold no truth and are simply aimed at causing harm. An investigation has already revealed her misconduct, resulting in her dismissal. It appears she is now seeking retaliation. Throughout my time at Zilingo, I maintained integrity by cooperating with the board’s probe into Ankiti’s behavior while focusing on professional relationships and ethical product development,” Kapoor stated.

Vaidya also denied Bose’s claims, calling them unfounded.

“The allegations made by Ms. Ankiti Bose, as reported in the media, are entirely baseless and unfounded. It seems she is now attempting to tarnish my reputation and harass me,” Vaidya commented.”
